Non-Refundable Situations (Change of Mind, Personal Preference)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for original artwork in the following situations:
Change of Mind: You have no automatic right to a refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
Personal Preference: The artwork is created in a specific style. We cannot offer a refund if the piece does not match your subjective personal preference (e.g., it doesn't match your wall color).
Minor Variations: As all pieces are hand-painted and unique, minor variations from website photos or descriptions are expected and not grounds for a refund.
Buyer Mishandling: Damage that occurs after the item has been safely delivered and is due to the buyer's mishandling or improper care is not eligible for a refund.
Refundable/Returnable Situations
In compliance with consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item is faulty or not as described. You must notify us in writing within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 7 days of receipt is standard) to report these issues.
